We want to give your children the care, expertise, knowledge, and our years of experience to ensure their dental visits are pleasant, positive, and enlightening. We love healthy-bright smiles!
What Our Early Orthodontic Treatment Includes
We believe that prevention is key to a lifetime of healthy smiles. It is our goal to introduce good healthy habits while some baby teeth are still present. During your visits, we will monitor the oral dental development to determine when will your child benefit from an “early”, also called “interceptive”, orthodontic treatment.
Early diagnosis and successful treatment of bad bites can have both short and long term benefits.
What we evaluate during your child’s oral development:
Harmful habits such as thumb sucking, pacifier, bottle usage, and tongue thrusting among others.
Malocclusion or imperfect positioning of the teeth when the jaws are closed.
Very crowded teeth, excessively spaced teeth, and extra or missing teeth.
Esthetics improvements of bite that will benefit the self-image and emotional development of the child.
Craniofacial configuration and growth.
Intensity, frequency, and duration of harmful habits.

Our Process
If early orthodontic treatment is suggested, we will proceed to take orthodontic records and continue with a plan to assist in the correction of your child’s bite.
